An enterprise's human resources is the key to whether the enterprise has the vitality of the enterprise,or the lack of talent for talent management,improper use will give up the fatal injuries,the lack of human activity,the entire enterprise is like a pool of stagnant water,lost the ability to innovate,lost work efficiency.Especially in science and technology,highly developed information technology change rapidly today,we can say which companies have the most abundant and most advanced human resources,it can occupy the dominant position in the fierce market competition in the.Human resource is the first resource of social economic development,it has become a broad consensus of the whole society,widely solicit talents and scientific use of talents,trairing talents,efforts to try to retain talent has become the main content of the modern enterprise human resources management concern.Since 1990s,the policy of the party and the government's call,China has a large number of private enterprises,especially small and medium-sized private enterprises is overwhelming emerged,both people respond positively to the national policy,is the effective means of rapid development in China's socialist economic level.However,in recent years,the efficiency of human resource management and use is low,which has become a serious problem for private enterprises,especially in small and medium private enterprises.One of the important reasons is that Chinese private enterprises,especially small and medium-sized private enterprises of human resources that science has not yet a lack of adequate knowledge of the concept of talent management still stays on the level of the last century,new ideas and new methods for the development of human resources not known.Therefore,to conduct a comprehensive reflection of the enterprise and the possible existing human resource management problems,make timely and reasonable adjustment according to their own characteristics and stage of development,it is necessary for the sustainable development of small and medium private enterprises.This paper is based on the above objective,through research and discussion of the Baofeng wine company's human resource structure and management of the status quo,try to draw on China's small and medium-sized private enterprises have universal human resource management solutions.First,this paper discusses the background and significance of the research,and the basic concepts and theories involved in this paper are introduced;then,according to the survey results of nearly two months,a brief overview of the impact of Baofeng wine company in the human resources management of the status quo of the development of the company;then in the first chapter the theoretical basis for analysis of the current situation of human resource of Baofeng wine company,a preliminary diagnosis of the human resource management of Baofeng wine company existing problems;finally through the analysis of the reasons produced were trying to explore an antidote against the disease,the effective method to improve the current situation of human resource management of Baofeng wine company and effective countermeasures.
