With the arrival of the era of knowledge-driven economy, the new high-tech enterprises are emerging constantly in our country, and the proportion that the new high-tech enterprise accounts for in national economy increases day by day, it is becoming a important strategic action of how to develop new high-tech enterprise for various countries to raise comprehensive competition capability, realize sustainable development. The new high-tech enterprise has many characteristics, such as risky, high incomes, high and innovative, which requires management to the new high-tech enterprise, should strengthen on the key resources of the new high-tech enterprise—the knowledge staffs. Carrying on the scientific performance inspection, can stimulate their fighting spirit, fully excavate their dive energy, realize the organization performance and individual value goal at the same time, in order to achieves staff and enterprise double wins.Regarding relevant theories in performance as guidance, this paper at first proceeds from the characteristics of the staff of new high-tech enterprise, and analyses the performance influence factor of the staffs of new high-tech enterprise in detail, and draws that there are many difficulties in controlling and weigh the performance of knowledge staffs of new high-tech enterprises, and it is also difficult to distribute the personal performance from a group, so it can't continue to use the traditional model of performance inspection, and it should inspect their performance in different rank order. Then, according the different characteristics and requirements, this text sets up four evaluation index system of performance inspection for the top management team, research and develop staffs, first line producer and sales in the new high-tech enterprise.
