Jiangmen city is located in the Pearl River Delta of Guangdong province,in recent years,the government vigorously support the development of high-tech enterprises,high-tech enterprises a good momentum of development.But at present,the problems faced by Jiangmen high-tech enterprises is,the knowledge workers of Jiangmen are easily poached by high-tech enterprises in the more developed cities around Dongguan,Foshan,Zhongshan and so on.Which leading to the loss of talent and the development of the enterprise is blocked in high-tech enterprises in Jiangmen.Therefore,for the managers of high-tech enterprises in Jiangmen,how to retain knowledge workers has become an urgent need to focus on and solve problems at this stage.In fact,knowledge workers have a high demand for their own well-being.Through the enhancement of the sense of happiness,the knowledge worker can improve the satisfaction of the enterprise.This paper selects some knowledge workers in Jiangmen's high-tech enterprises as the research object,the status of employee well-being knowledge intensive high-tech enterprises in Jiangmen to analyze and study problems,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the knowledge of high-tech enterprises in Jiangmen's employees happiness.The first part,discusses the background of the development of high-tech enterprises in Jiangmen and the significance of investigating the well-being of knowledge workers;The second part,introduces the theory of knowledge workers and happiness,which provides a theoretical basis for the investigation of knowledge workers' well-being improvement;The third part,through questionnaire survey and data analysis,finds out the problems existing in the well-being of knowledge workers in Jiangmen's high-tech enterprises and the causes of the problems;The fourth part,puts forward some suggestions to improve the well-being of knowledge workers in Jiangmen's high-tech enterprises.Through this research not only can promote knowledge intensive high-tech enterprises in Jiangmen city employees' well-being improvement goals,enrich the theories to enhance the research of employee happiness knowledge,but also for other enterprises to enhance the sense of happiness in providing effective human resources management experience.
