D.E.Swotch, an initiator of the theory of Marketing Integrated, ever mentioned that just only channel and communication could make the competitive advantage of difference since 1900s. Now, there is an argument about if the content is very important or the channel. But in 21 century, as the market competition is getting more and more serious and the market can not be segmented any more as well as there are few innovative matters, the importance of the channel is getting more and more obvious.The sales channel is also important in Chinese market of mobile phones. Today there is not different among the function, appearance, price and advertisement of mobile phones. It is hard for the manufactories to get the competitive edge only relying on products. Therefore many manufactories put the difference of the sales channel of mobile phones on emphasis.The sales channels of mobile phones are getting various and flat and the operators will join in the channel competition when 3G is coming. Meanwhile, Manufactories are facing lots of problems in sales channels such as complexity of channels, serious channel conflicts and so on. How to solve theses problems effectively become the key point to get the edge of channels competition. Besides strengthening the management and control of channels, manufactories should innovate in channels model, try to build electronic business channel and make the channels different to enhance the competitive factor.
