The binary structure of urban and rural is pervasive problem in developing countries. Due to historical reasons, the binary structure of urban and rural is more specificity in our country. Formation and evolution of binary structure in our country are closely linked with China's financial system. It has a negative impact on China's economic and social development. Therefore, the author presented the integration of urban and rural development strategies.While promoting the integration of urban and rural development, there are many problems.
