Study On The Foreign Capital's Effects On The Automobile Finance Market Of China And The Countermeasures For Chinese Enterprises

On the bases of the history of automobile and theautomobile industry's importance in the national economy, the situation and development of automobile finance in China were researched. In this paper the three main kinds of automobile finance enterprises (the complex banks, the automobile finance companies and finance companies supported by automobile groups) which support services at present in main land were researched by the analysis of the property right, SWOT, and market structure. The advantage and disadvantage of three kinds of automobile finance enterprises were showed and the different countermeasures against foreign automobile finance companies for three kinds of automobile finance enterprises were developed.
