Along with the penetrating into of innovation and opening, the demand to dress has step in, the marks and breeds are enriched, and sales channels appear more kinds, every marketing strategies has different demand to the marketing ability of companies. The studies of clothes marketing strategy appear few, many are about brands building and company culture. It is difficult to boost sales and profit through high devotion, large-scale markets operation at present for Chinese clothes company. So choosing more efficient marketing strategy through analyzing and understanding clothes marketing strategy, strengthening carrying on strategy efficiently by dint of rational marketing strategy system, it is pressing and practical.Firstly, the paper analyzes background and significance, thinks that it has academic meaning and practice meaning for Kaiser clothes marketing strategy in Chongqing. It brings forward content, means and frame for analysis.
