Research On The Reform Of Chongqing Land Administration Based On BPM

This thesis introduces the theory of BPM and points out the ways for the reform of local government. It asserts that the effective way to change the government administrative philosophy is to change the object of government service from"the people"to"the customers", to strive for customer-oriented service and customer satisfaction, to enhance service consciousness of the public servants, to upgrade the service quality and effectiveness, and to speed up the reform of the system of administrative management of the government.It proposes that, in the reform of the administration of our government, especially in the reform of land and resources management, we should employ the general steps of BPM and analyzes the main points that should be paid attention to during the course of the reform.The thesis is divided into six major parts: the first part is the introduction of the thesis, the second part is the introduction of the theory of business process management, the third part reviews the history of the management of land and resources in our country. The fourth, fifth, sixth chapters are respectively about the present situation of Chongqing land administration, the research on Chongqing land management reform and suggestions on Chongqing land administration reform.
