Research Of Conflict Management Over Collective Land In The Requisition Process

With the development of urbanization and industrialization of China, a great amount of agricultural land was involved in the requisition program. In this process, a lot of conflicts occurred, which have influenced the construction of the new countryside and the harmonious society as a whole. Compared with the serious situation in Chinese countryside, the theoretical study of conflict management is still not enough to guide the conflict resolution.This paper concludes the theories in the conflict management field, and on this base, it systematically analyzes the conflicts over land requisition in China. More over, it also provides an innovative classification method of the conflicts, which is based on the different participants and the validity of legal system in this field. After cases study of two villages named Shentankou and pingfeng, both located in Hangzhou, this paper basically validates the hypothesis proposed, that are, whole process conflict management contributes to the management performance, different kinds of conflicts need different way to manage, and the local government has to change its management methods to gain better results, according to its role in the conflicts.
