The issue of multi-level inventory management in the supply chain environment has long been a key area of concern in inventory control research.Due to production constraints of manufacturer,the inventory control strategy of enterprises in this kind of supply chain is also very different from the situation of unlimited supply of products.For this reason,this paper takes company A as an example.Taking the multi-level inventory system with the production constraints as the research object,establishing a three-level inventory model with "manufacturer-company A-retailer".Then choose to use genetic algorithm to solve this model.In this paper,the following several aspects of the study are done:(1)Reviewing Chinese and foreign literature on multi-level inventory control,especially considering multi-level inventory control with production constraints;(2)In this article we will analyze the multi-level inventory problem which takes into account the production constraints deeply.It is mainly discussed in terms of the structure of multi-level inventory and the multi-level inventory control strategy.This paper adopts three-level assembly structure supply chain and(R,S,s)inventory control strategy,with the highest inventory point R and inventory control point S as decision variables.The reason we adopt this kind of strategy is to simplify the calculation and to coordination the inventory data from the company on the supply chain;(3)Establishing a three-level inventory mathematical model with "manufacturer-company Aretailer",taking cost optimization as the objective function and production capacity restriction as the constraint;The model is discussed in five aspects: production,transportation,stock-outs,inventory transfer,and ordering.(4)Through comparative analysis of various intelligent optimization algorithms,this paper chooses to use genetic algorithm to solve the multi-level inventory control model with production constraints.Then,according to the inventory control model established in this paper,the algorithm is designed which combined with specific examples to verify the feasibility of the model and algorithm.During this period,some parameters were adjusted to arrive at the corresponding conclusions.
