As a part of the transportation, the road transportation plays an important role in the national economy. Over twenty years of the reforming and opening policy, the road transportation in our country has made great progress, and the contradiction between supply and demand of transportation power has initially been mitigated. The market mechanism of the road transportation has established preliminary, the transportation service level has made enhances greatly, but compares with the demand of our country economy development and the social civilization, still has a big disparity. However, following the boundless increase of personal and private transportation dealer, the state-owned enterprises of creep into hard condition in the marketing competition. Facing the opportunity and challenge brought by "entering into WTO", and the intense market competition, as the most important part of the road transportation industry, the large-scale state-owned enterprises of transportation how to optimize the enterprise interior resources disposition, perfect internal management system, explicit the development direction, enhance the core competitive ability, form continues competitive advantage, realize the sustainable development, is the reality question which the enterprise urgently faces .This article first analysis the Chongqing road transportation group company's external environment, mainly analysis the present situation and the development tendency of the road transportation, the influence of "entering into WTO ", analysis the company's macroscopic environment, utilized five strength models to the analysis competition, emphasis analysis the existing competitor's competition and the substitute competition, as well as exterior factor EFE matrix analysis. Then analysis the company's internal condition, mainly analysis company's human resources management, the financial condition, the operation management, the mesh point resources, the government resources, as well as internal factor IFE matrix analysis. Final by using the SWOT matrix analysis the company's internal superiority and the inferiority, explicit the corporate developing strategic target, decides to adopt the turning style and increasing style marketing strategy by analysis on the outside environment and inside condition.
