Sustainable development is the common development strategy, by which countries can harmony the relation of human,resource,environment and economy , and it is also the only way can mankind survive and develop. As the foundation of the economy, enterprise is an important factor that promoting the social development. With the emergence of high-technology, the environment particular the market environment of the enterprise changes greatly. In order to adapt the environment, the enterprise must carry out the sustainable development strategy. The sustainable development strategy is a model that can boost the development of the enterprise and nation at the same time. So it become the necessary choose of the enterprise. However there are various factors that influence the enterprises' sustainable development, that existing in the exterior and interior of enterprise. This article studies on the sustainable development of enterprise considering corporate governance factors.Basing on the kinds of theories about corporate governance and enterprises' sustainable development mainly, combining the special research background of our country, the paper studies on the sustainable development of enterprise considering corporate governance factors through the method of the theories analysis together with empirical analysis.Firstly, the article analyses the influence factors of the sustainable development of enterprise basing on related literature. Secondly, it studies on the sustainable development of enterprises considering corporate governance factors at aspects of the shareholders' meeting,board of directors,managers' layer and supervisor. Thirdly, basing on the Balanced Scorecard and the Maximizing Deviations that a method applied to determine the weight coefficients, this paper designs an evaluation indicators system and evaluation model, through which we can compute dependent variables. Then, multivariate regression is employed to empirically research a sample comprised 175 publicly held companies. The conclusion shows that corporate governance is an important factor affecting the enterprises' sustainable development.
