A Study Of Virtual Enterprise's Cooperative Mode Selection

The virtual enterprise organizes the enterprises that are geographically and organizationally different. Through the effective cooperation among enterprises, the enterprises will fulfill the goal as"win-win". The present study are mainly focused on the virtual enterprise partner selection in the field of virtual enterprise cooperation, and the research of virtual enterprises'cooperative mode is so few. In face of the different types of partners, enterprises must adopt different cooperative modes. Only when enterprises select the suitable cooperative partner, and adopt the correct virtual cooperative mode according to the actual conditions, enterprises could launch virtual operation normally. Further more to study virtual enterprise cooperation problem can help enterprise find out the essence of virtual enterprise cooperation deeply too. This paper puts forward the factor influencing the selection of virtual enterprise's cooperative mode on the basis of theoretical research, and takes Chongqing as the background, analyzes the selecting behavior of the virtual cooperative modes while enterprises are launching virtual operation, and puts forward the characteristics of different virtual cooperative modes. Finally some relevant virtual operation suggestions were put forward on this basis.This paper contains following studies and results: (1) Through the theoretical research we have found out the factors influencing the selection of virtual enterprise's cooperative mode. Through the analysis of the virtual cooperation advantages and characteristics, and consulting the research results in relevant fields such as virtual enterprise partner selection and strategic alliance, technological alliance and knowledge alliance, we have found out the influencing factors of virtual enterprise's cooperative mode selection, including: industry, enterprise's comprehensive power, cooperative risk, cooperative cost, logistics state, relative distance, etc. (2) On the basis of carrying on an investigation to Chongqing's enterprise about virtual enterprise cooperative mode, enterprises'selecting behaviors of the virtual cooperative mode and the key influencing factors were analyzed by mlogit model. The results indicate enterprises while launching virtual operation, selecting virtual cooperative mode will be significantly influenced by some of their own and external factors.
