In recent years, it is quickly of our country manufacturing industry and logisticsindustry development speed, and the linkage of the two industry problem get moreand more attention of the government and relevant departments. Many scholars havedone related research on the joint of the two industry, including the interactive relationbetween the two industry, the linkage mechanism and linkage development ideas andsuggestions,etc. While the two industry linkage development of empirical researchespecially the linkage development model of iron&steel enterpirses and logisticsindustry has not been reported.The article is basic on analysis of the environment to the linkage development ofChina manufacturing and the summing up of related literature. First, it studies Chinarecently logistic industry,takes a summary and analysis of the existing developmentmodel of modern logistics industry. Second,it takes a research on China’s iron&steelenter’pirses and in iron&steel enterpirses logistics, and through the analysis ofpracticc situation of iron&steel enterprise logistics management in the present, itsummarizes our country iron&steel enterpirse logistics development trend. Third, itsummairzes and analyses the theory, causes,mechanism and the necessity on thelinkage of iron&steel enterpirses and the logistics industry. At last, the articlesummarizes the linkage development model of our country manufactuirng industryand logistics,and constructs the0-1integer programming cooperation model of theiron&steel enterpirses and logistics linkage development combining DEA and AHP,establishing algorithm by using the PSO algorithms in the MATLAB environment,and finally, it gives an example to verify the validity of the algorithm.
