Research On The Product's Quality Traceability Information System In Manufacture

The management of product's traceability which is an important part of the management system of the products has already become a ripe system in developed country and enterprise. With the implement of the regulation of the recall management of the defect products has caused an extensive concern in traceability and the establishment of the tracing information system from each side of the society. From the angles of the whole product's lifecycle of manufacture and the usage of the tracing information system, this thesis does a preliminary research on the traceable and the build of the tracing information system.This thesis does some essential definitions and analysis to the relevant concept on traceability; expatiating some issues of tracing information dissemination, tracing relational ambiguity and information drop-out which affect the build-up of traceability information system. In the next chapters of the paper, an overall frame of the traceability information system is proposed and analysis the system aims, system traits and system mode. And then, this thesis brings forward a model which combine product's lifecycle information system and quality traceability information system, this system model not only guarantee the realization of product traceability chain on landscape orientation but also assure to dredge up the essential quality issue on portrait, and providing the basal assurance for quality improve.The article divided into five chapters:The first chapter introduces the meaning of this article and the problems to be researched; indicates the work aspect's actuality and deficiency of the quality traceability. The second chapter introduces the developing process of the quality management and traceability; and does some essential definitions and analysis to the relevant concept, connotation, application domains and functions on traceability.The third chapter analyses the batch tracing methods and management outline of the traceability management; analyses and summarizes the quality tracing information flow , traceability information system points and the reaction of the information system establishment on enterprise work flow optimization.The forth chapter explains the conceivable work-process and the traits of the system, the aims of the build-up system; and then proposes an overall frame of the traceability information system; and then illuminates the key information gathering content and provides accordingly query path.The fifth chapter makes the necessarily summarization on the research content and the system deficiency, and analysis the further research directions and pivots from the point of the technique layer and function layer of the information system.
