Research Of Traceable Quality Management System On Changfeng Machine Factory

The traceable quality management system is an important part of enterprise quality system, in some advanced enterprises it has become a mature management methods and system. With the improving of the quality management level,the customer’s demand has become focus of each enterprise,providing satisfactory products and service became the key to occupy the market. The purpose of the traceable quality management system is to establish the bridge between enterprises and customers,and ensure that products can been effective servided to the society and consumers. There is no doubt that establishment of the traceable quality management system play a major role on improving product competitiveness and the management level. In this article according to thought of solving problem in the closed loop, the construction of the traceable quality management system throught the process of research, production, inspection test,delivery servicee is studied and discussed.This article introduces the concept of product traceability;analyze the cause of existing traceable quality problems;define the relevant basic elements,such as identification, information, process etc;build the overall framework and model of the traceable quality management system; adopt closed-loop management method to study the traceability problem;put forword problem in the view quality point and find the path and method in the aspects of human, machine, material, method, ring, measuring,take effective measures to completely solve quality problems. Traceable quality management is a systematic project,enterprise must have a certain ability of quality management, rectification and improvement. So traceable quality management system should be combined with information construction,this will get twice the result with half the effort effect.This article consists of five parts.
