The incentive on mangers should accord with firm performance. We should pay attention to the firm performance measurement firstly. According to Chinese state owned economic system and the fact that most list corporation are state owned, this research persist in firm-society value maximization, inducing performance measurement models in Chinese listed corporation.In the guide of Marx humanity idea, this research examines the society relationship in China and reveals the list corporation managers' human nature. (1) Physical characters: require loaves and fishes, pursue together richness and reject money worship. (2) Society attributes: fervor, pursue collectivism, rejecting individual heroism. (3) Inspirit attribute: require ideality and dedication, pursue verity, kind, beauty, rejecting fake, evil. And in the paper we explore the perfect incentive methods which according to Chinese managers' human nature.
