Management By Objectives Applied To Enterprise Planning Management Study

This paper, through comparison to traditional planning management method and MBO applied to planning management work, finds out the results: MBO emphasizes that the objective system is the bidirectional communication result; MBO management changes the traditional planning management idea from"on basis of matter"to"on basis of humanist", enormously arouses staff's enthusiasm and activity, and fully displays staff's potential. Thus, it makes a conclusion applying MBO theory to enterprise planning management is an effective way.The author unifies work experience, by guiding WISCO Energy Power Corporation'applying MBO to planning management as the case. It is a beneficial practice MBO is applied to planning management with the scientific reasonable objective indicator system establishment, effective control in the objective implementation process, performance appraisal, and so on. With work practice, the paper proposes"objective indicator early-warning system"thought is one of effective real-time control methods applied to the objective implement process on the basis of the data message platform establishment. Through the case studying, it is recognized that to establish a scientific and rational target system, a real-time closed-loop process control, a complete fair performance appraisal system is the key aspects of MBO implementation; to build enterprise management information system platform, to execute refinement management thinking, to form a results-oriented and attention to the process enterprise cultural are necessary to success in MBO implementation of enterprises planning management.
