Study On Knowledge Management Feature And Strategy Of Private Enterprises

Knowledge management is concerned by many enterprises since it brought into China in 1990s. In order to adapt to tremendous changes the knowledge economy has brought about, private enterprises began to realize the strategic position of knowledge, and try to use some technology and strategy of knowledge management to gain knowledge superiority, therefore they can enhance the competitiveness.Base on the situation how private enterprises developing, this article firstly talks about the need of knowledge management. Analysis will be made on the knowledge management features of private enterprise in the view of enterprise management. By taking the practice of Menglan Group as example, the article focuses on five aspects as following of the knowledge management of private enterprises: core competitiveness, organizations, competitive intelligence, human resources, corporate culture. Therefore, the specific measures and methods of private enterprises knowledge management will be emphatically talked on.By treating private enterprises as a relatively unique business group, the author makes attempts to put the ideas of knowledge management, the knowledge management of private enterprises together in order to express some personal understanding on the theme of knowledge management strategy and expects it would be useful for private enterprises to suit their long-time development in the times of knowledge economy.
