Along with the arrival of the knowledge-oriented economy ages, knowledge has already been accepted by the public as a kind of new resource. As the major management method and conception in correspond to knowledge- oriented economy, knowledge management draws wide attention from academic field and enterprises. This article is to basically research and study our oil enterprises by modern science theory and method.First of all, this article elaborates the classification of the business enterprise knowledge, overviews different concept of knowledge management from different organizations and scholars and clarifies the concept of business enterprise knowledge management. At the same time, it elaborates the contents and meanings of knowledge management, clarifies the relation between knowledge management and information management. Base on the above, the article analyzes and designs the knowledge management system of oil enterprises and establishes the system model of it.Secondly, the article mainly researches the knowledge obtaining and saving management, sharing and exchanging management, innovation and protection management of oil enterprises. It studies the contents, ways and techniques of obtaining and saving management, discusses the two types of knowledge innovation and the necessity and methods of the oil enterprises knowledge protection etc.Finally, the methods and models that the article put forwards is applied in the technique development company of Da-qing oil field. This article indicates that there is a very big space to carry out knowledge management in oil enterprises. Also, it is necessary and practical to carry out knowledge management in oil enterprises.
