The knowledge economy develops unceasingly today, the high technology and new technology emerges one after another incessantly. Facing the even more intense market competition, how can the enterprise have the superiority in the new turn of contention, becomes the topic which the enterprise industrial world and the theorists urgently await to be solved. And the corporate culture is known as the promotion of the soul, the technical innovation is known as the intrinsic power which the enterprise core competitive power enhances. So the principle monograph and the paper separately about the corporate culture theory and the technical innovation which the domestic and foreign academic circles study are very much. But combine corporate culture with technological innovation treatises which carries on systematic research are limited, this causes the development of the corporate culture and technological innovation to be nearly at the discrete state. Therefore the present paper takes the corporate culture theory and the technical innovation theory as a foundation, through the qualitative and quantitative analysis to the corporate culture and the technical innovation, that makes enterprise pay equal attention to the corporate culture and the technical innovation, and then establishes in an unassailable position among the market competition.This article is divided into five parts altogether.The first chapter introduction, except pointed out this article outside the research background, the research goal and the research significance, mainly elaborated the development courses of the corporate culture theory and technological innovation theory, current situation of domestic and international study on relation of both culture and technological innovation of enterprise, etc. at present. Second chapter, it summarizes the relational model between the corporate culture and the technological innovation through the theory summary, and then carries on qualitative analysis to the corporate culture and the technical innovation under three kinds of technologies types which are the scale manufacture technology, the flexible manufacture technology and the knowledge economy technology, compares with the matched situations of corporate culture and technical innovation under the three kinds of different technical types. Third chapter, according to index principle of appraisal, it divides the corporate culture into four dimensions, those are the enterprise energetic culture, the enterprise system culture, the enterprise behavior culture and the enterprise matter culture, and divides the technological innovation into two dimensions,those are the technical innovation strategy environment and the technical innovation ability.
