The Research On Technical Innovation Ability And Structure Of Jiangsu

Deng Xiaoping once said, Science and technology is the first productive force. Nowadays, including China, most countries treat technological innovation as the most force to promote the economy development and try their best to build innovative nations. After crisis, techonological innovation has fundamentally changed the pattern of getting wealth and global competitive landscape. Jiangsu, the most developed and innovative province in China, is comprehensively deepening reform to Stimulate vitality of science and technology, implementing innovation-driven strategy to transform economic mode, upgrading Jiangsu economy to transform economic mode,actively building test field. Thus, among this background, this article that researching innovation ability,structure and its relationship with economic growth has profound sense in reality.The thinking of this article is "horizontal comparison between provinces, between cities in Jiangsu, then cluster analysis". In reference with some aiticles and research report of some famous scholars, this article combine quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to study technical innovation, then draw conclusions and put forward policy suggestions. The quantitative methods in the article are:(1) factor analysis which analyse the ability of Jiangsu innovation by grading. (2)panel data model which study technical efficience of China, and its relationship with economic growth, then MLR which study the efficience of Jiangsu. (3)factor analysis and cluster analysis which study ability of technical innovation of 13 cities in Jiangsu.At the end of the article, some meatures and suggestions are made to enhance the technical innovation ability of Jiangsu and narrow the regional difference within Jiangsu province.
