Since 1990s, along with the economy development in the East Asia, the Wild-Geese-Flying Pattern is collapsed. Meanwhile, all the economies in the East Asia are eager to join in the regional economic integration organization. In response to the complex situation of regional economic integration, the industry transfer in the East Asia is changing. This paper discusses the characters of industry transfer and analyses China'role on the process of regional economic integration. The industry transfer is carried by the flow of international industry capital. So the paper makes use of foreign direct investment (FDI) to analyze the East Asia's industry transfer. Through the calculation of Revealed Comparative Advantage Index, the paper compares the factor differences between China and the other East Asia economies. Then, the paper analyses the subdivided factor of the economies, which have the same advantage factors, and puts forward the point that the East Asia economies should develop the complementary industry relationship to avoid the fierce competition. Surely, the industry transfer has close relationship with the economic integration. So the paper adds this new variable into the paper. Finally, the paper will construct the FDI flow model, which is based on the economy scale and regional integration, and studies the Hub-and-Spoke effect between the large scale economy and the small one.General speaking, the close cooperation system and the regional integration help to establish the all-wins situation. But as an important economy in the East Asia, China still has many defects which block it to play a more important role in the organization of industry transfer, so China should perfect its structure as soon as possible.
