A Sample Data Envelopment Analysis Model And Its Application In The Comprehensive Evaluation On The Development Of Macroeconomic

A sample data envelopment analysis method is a new comprehensive evaluation method proposed in recent years. It bases on the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method, takes the known sample frontier as the reference and develops the original data envelopment analysis theory. Although the research work about this method has been carried on, the formerly research findings has not touched on the question how this method is applied to evaluate the macroeconomic comprehensive efficiency. In this paper first we proposes the developed multi-objective comprehensive evaluation model based on the sample units which has the negative outputs (that is SDEA model). Then we discuss the influence on efficiency of observed Decision Making Units (DMUs) when the number of the sample units and their input indexes and output indexes are changed.
