The telecom VIP customers refer to those who use communication service diversely, make large volume telecommunication business at high cost, and have the big service demand potential. As competition in the telecommunication market being more and more intense at present, the importance of the VIP customers has been recognized, but how to carry on the effective management to them, how to raise the degree of satisfaction and the loyalty, how to prevent their draining, how to raise the achievements of department, and how to judge the customer value? These important questions, request the superintendent of operation business to ponder.Firstly, this article analyses the current macroscopic economic environment, the competition characteristic of Anhui telecom VIP customers market, and then introduces the subdivide principle and the tube controls system.
