With the development of urbanization and industrialization, land requisition has become the main factor producing an effect on their further development. The key requirement of the plain sailing of land requisition is that the host of land hands over land on time, and this is mainly determined by whether his lawful rights and interests have been effectively guaranteed, i.e. whether the standard of land requisition is adequate enough to its actual value, and whether redress has been offered in time and in place. Thus, the credit of the plain sailing of land requisition ultimately belongs to land requisition standard and the implement of redress. The author tries to find a means of land requisition compensation according with the law of the development of market economy, through positive research on a means of land requisition compensation named composite price of parcels of land applied in Changxing County, leading to the continuous development of social economy.Basing on numerous fact finding work, starting with the inspection of compensatory act of composite price of parcels of land, through analyzing attitudes of farmers whose land is under requisition, their condition of living, employment and social insurance, and existing problems and their causes of compensatory act of composite price of parcels of land ,the author finds that there are still many deficiencies of compensatory means of composite price of parcels of land and puts forward corresponding policy proposals and measures.The positive research leads to following conclusions: ①The main problem of compensatory means of composite price of parcels of land is still low compensatory standard caused by imperfection of compensatory content. ②Another reason for the dissatisfaction of farmers towards compensatory act is the unconformity of compensatory standard influenced by different quantity and quality of per-capita farm land. ③The main cause of the resistance of farmers is the different compensatory standard of farm land on the same flat, which was caused by multiple factors. ④Compensation according to the original uses of land is the main reason for the deprivation of land development rights of farmers. ⑤The low compensatory fees of national constructive projects is an important cause of the rise of group act of appealing to the higher authorities for help.
