With the rapid development of economy of China and the gradual internationalization of market, the external environment of Chinese enterprises becomes more and more complicated, uncertain factors occurs increasingly and competitions trend to be furious. Under such a background, in order to obtain sustained competitive edge and foster key competitive power, enterprises stress the construction of staff recruitment stress the construction of staff recruitment system to build qualified staff groups which match the enterprise development and position requirement. enterprise staff recruitment system is such a core part of personnel resource management that the majority of enterprises bare realized its significance, so they expend a lot of human and financial resources on studying and exploring it. But due to the misunderstanding existing in staff recruitment of most of enterprises, lack of well-organized, scientific and systematic recruitment, less analysis of position, less requirement for staff and less scientific and quantified standard of the match between capability and position, which is the most important, the present enterprises staff recruitment become one of the most hard points in personnel resource management.The thesis introduces how to construct enterprise recruitment system effectively on the basis of the principle of the match between capability and position during the practice of enterprise management.
