Campus recruitment has become the main way for h construction company to introduce talents,and is also a good opportunity for the company to promote its brand,enhance its image and expand its influence.The result of campus recruitment determines the quality and structure of human resource team.Building core talent team is the key factor to support the formation of core competence and enhance competitive advantage.This paper takes the campus recruitment management of project personnel of H Construction Company as the research content,based on the human-job matching theory and competency theory,and collects relevant information of campus recruitment management of H Construction Company through literature research,questionnaire survey and interview.From the perspectives of campus recruitment demand planning,campus recruitment selection,campus recruitment entry management and campus recruitment evaluation,the following problems were found in the campus recruitment management process of project personnel of H Construction Company: Lack of demand of human resources long-term planning,lack of specifications of campus recruitment,campus recruitment team set up unreasonable,a single campus recruitment selection mode,the lack of campus recruitment evaluation feedback mechanism,project personnel are the matching degree is not high,H under construction company campus recruitment management problems behind the deep reasons are: Campus recruitment management is lack of strategy,the lack of training of campus recruitment participants,the lack of scientific and normative campus recruitment management,campus recruitment management has not formed a system concept,project personnel flow frequently,etc.In combination with the practical situation of enterprises,with job matching theory and the competency theory as the instruction,carry out from the campus recruitment preparatory stage,campus recruitment,campus recruitment evaluation phase campus recruitment management improvement measures are put forward to optimize the campus recruitment management,improve the efficiency of the H construction company project personnel campus recruitment,matching to the right person for the company more efficient.Through the research on the improvement of campus recruitment management of project personnel in H Construction Company,it is hoped that the research results of this paper can bring some enlightenment to the campus recruitment management of human resources in other construction companies,and help other enterprises improve campus recruitment management of human resources.
