Research On Strategic Management In Guangxi HRHSH Cement Limited Company

There is very little research on development strategy of cement enterprises in China. As I know, only Trumpet Shell Cement which is huge cement enterprises in China established and implemented strategic management, but it is not standard, they only referred to some practices of foreign big company, consulted some expert in this field and partly take the use of national policies. However because Guangxi is an undeveloped area, it lacks this kind of research, most of the enterprises only pay their attention to research on policy and industry structure, and focus more on enterprises' ownership-changed and reorganization according to government-owned enterprise reform guide, there was no standard and systematical practice on strategic development plan in cement enterprises. This is the main reason why cement enterprise in Guangxi can't get bigger and bigger. At the same time because cement industry is a regional one and cement is a kind of product which is not good for a long-haul, its market development is liable to be restricted by sale-radial. Which makes all cement enterprises only take up local market, it is also difficult for them to get bigger and bigger, stronger and stronger. Aiming at this situation, utilizing related strategic theory, this thesis raised a five years strategic development plan for Guangxi HRHSH Cement Limited Company, try to achieve strategic goal of making this enterprise get bigger and bigger.This thesis don't probe into basic theory of strategic management, emphasize the importance of that practice should be guided by the theory.
