Guangxi RX Pharmaceutical Limited Company Strategic Plan

At present, there is no any research on development strategy of Guangxi TCM pharmaceutical enterprises, most of the study focus on policy and industrial structure. There is no systematical structure on enterprise strategic development plan in theory, which is the reason why Guangxi TCM pharmaceutical enterprises couldn't develop as quickly as the international ones, which also is the reason why Guangxi TCM enterprises were built very slowly. Guangxi TCM pharmaceutical enterprises go back and forth at a low level, it is difficult to make these enterprises get bigger and bigger, stronger and stronger. In view of this situation, this thesis works out a Five Years Strategic Development Plan for Guangxi RX Pharmaceutical Limited Company, trying to achieve the strategic goal of making local pharmaceutical enterprises get bigger and stronger.This thesis approach the subject of enterprise strategy management not from the theory, it pays much attention to guidance of the theory to the practice, it put forward a set of effective measures at aspect of RX Pharmaceutical Limited Company's strategic development. Aiming at the present situation and history of Guangxi TCM pharmaceutical enterprise, combining the special case of RX Company, utilizing systematical theory of strategic management, analyzing the enterprise's external environment and internal resource, this thesis put forward implementation measures according to local conditions and circumstance, such as marketing strategic plan, financial strategic plan, human resource strategic plan and production strategic plan. This thesis also builds up the enterprise's core competition and competitive advantage, guarantee the health development of enterprise in a long term.
