The Study On Team Management Of IT Projects

With the rapid development and promotion of information construction for Chinese enterprises, the IT enterprises have a broader developing foreground. The industry of IT is oriented to projects. Of all the changeable factors, which influence the success and failure for the IT projects, project team itself is the most slighting, but it is the most important factor which need to attention. The importance of project team is because the IT enterprises are the type of knowledge industry and manpower capital namely the member of project team is the most important capital of enterprises. The neglect of project team is easy because it is difficult to measure the value of project team clearly by obvious guidelines that belong to soft value. Therefore, nowadays IT enterprises inevitable face this important problem of team management for project team. So, it is essential to research the typical team management questions in IT projects and explore the correspond strategy.This paper begin with the view of project management, and the basic theory of project team management is introduced firstly, then the range and content of IT project team management is bounded and the design procedure of IT project team management is presented, combining with the practical example analysis of IT project team management that appear some questions easily during the course of implement.
