With the rapid development of automobile industry of China and the gradual internationalization of market, the external environment of Chinese enterprises becomes more and more complicated, uncertain factors occurs increasingly and competitions trend to be fierce. Under such a background, how to exploit the international market, obtain the sustaining and change the current competitive advantages, cultivate the competitive competence enterprises and change the current competitive situation has become an important topic nowThe thesis has deeply studied and analyzed the environmental hazard , ways of entry controlling process of internationalization .by analyzing the characters of international automobile market ,it reveals the weakness of Chinese automobile industry, at the same time,by introducing the factual cases to combine the theory of internationalization with the factual practice of Chinese automobile industry.The text also uses some useful tools, like external factor evaluation (IFE) matrix, SWOT matrix and QSPM matrix so as to investigate the internal and external surroundings and wok out the strategic plan of international management, Further more it emphasizes the importance of adjustment of organizational structure and function.The management of strategy of international development will help Chinese automobile industry to enhance their competing power in market. Considering our international management still in a start stage, I sincerely hope that this dissertation can arouse the concerns of researchers in this realm and will be useful to the management of internationalization for Chinese automobile industry.
