| Through analysis on the ecological fragility and status of socioeconomic development in Mountain County's Land in Fujian province, this paper firstly point that Mountain County's Land is difficulty in the construction of Fujian Ecological Province, and reveal the significance and background of this study. Secondly, Take Ninghua County as an example, and set up a target system on the basis of eco-economic theories, and extract data by GIS. This article sets up three models to the comprehensive evaluation on the eco-economic classification in Ninghua County by means of Poly-class analysis, the methods of extension engineering and artificial neural networks. At the same time, compared the three models, the model of artificial neural networks is the best method to the comprehensive evaluation on eco-economic classification in Ninghua County. Lastly, based on the programming language VB and the MapObjects2.2 module and BP arithmetic, a geographical information system of the eco-economic study in Ninghua County is designed and developed which is characterized by people-friendly and practical graphic user interface as well as comparatively perfect function.
