Study On The Evaluation Of Agricultural High-tech Projects

In China, the big agriculture country, on the background of knowledge economy, the development of agriculture can't be sustained by science and technology, new & high-tech plays an important role in the development of agriculture, and has become the impetus of social economic development. It is an important problem in theory circles that how to apply the new & high-tech in the traditional agriculture to realize the industrialization of agriculture new & high-tech. At present, a lot of industries take part in the investment of new & high-tech projects. It faces highly risks which may lead to the results that the projects are prolonged,discontinued,failed or the indexes of technology economy can't catch up to the expected aim. So it plays an important role that we evaluate the risk before we invest funds to agriculture new & high-tech projects.This paper puts forward a series of risk evaluation , studies the principles,circumstances and results of BP neutral network on the agriculture new & high-tech investment projects and builds up the model of risk evaluation on the base of analysis the risk characteristics in the agriculture new & high-tech projects. At last, it evaluates three projects by the model which gets the results that it is reliable and more correct that evaluates the risks of agriculture new & high-tech investment projects.
