| To a certain extent,the innovation ability of high-tech enterprises determines the international competitiveness of a country and the role it plays in the international division of labor and cooperation.Smart bus stop sign is important embodiment of the development of smart cities.With the rapid development of the Internet of Things,LS high-tech enterprises are looking for innovations on smart bus stop sign,developing new products and expanding new projects.The new project is accompanied by new challenges and risks.There are still many problems in the risk management of the smart bus stop sign project.For example,the large amount of investment in early research and development,the shortage of funds,the immature new technology,and the failure of the decision-making mechanism.This paper firstly sorts out the content of risk control in domestic and foreign literature as the theoretical basis for analyzing the risk of specific enterprises.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of LS high-tech enterprise smart bus stop sign project.Risk,economic risk,technical risk and decision-making risk are five aspects to identify the risk of this bus stop sign project.An risk evaluation index system is constructed with fourteen indicators from five dimensions.The paper quantitatively evaluates the overall risk of this bus stop sign project with Analytic Hierarchy Process,Entropy weight method and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method.The overall risk of this bus stop sign project is at really high level,of which market risk and economic risk are the highest,followed by policy risk,economic risk and decision risk.Finally,combined with the evaluation results,analyze the problems and causes of the risk management of the bus stop sign project,and then propose countermeasures and safeguard measures.The theoretical significance of this study is that this thesis systematically analyzes the risk management of LS high-tech enterprises’ smart bus stop sign project from the aspects of identification,evaluation and response,and enriches the research scope of risk management.The practical significance of this study is that the conclusions of this study can provide scientific ideas and methods for risk management of smart bus stop sign project in LS high-tech enterprises,and improve their ability to deal with risks.At the same time,it can also provide reference and reference for the risk management of other hightech enterprises. |
