High-tech Projects Evaluation System

Late 20th century, accompanied by a series of major scientific discoveries and technological breakthroughs in the world of high-tech industries have enjoyed rapid development. While China had made great achievements in high-tech industries, but still exists significant deficiencies in high-tech industries. Each year a significant number of scientific and technological achievements of resources and extremely low commercialization, industrialization transformation rate made an urgent request for the development of China's high-tech evaluation of projects.Today in the information age, various of high-technology projects emerging. Up till now, there has not formed a unified studying normal form to the high-tech evaluation of projects, and there is no special theoretical system guidance. It is a difficult problem for us to carry on feasible analysis to this kind of project. On the basis of high-tech research system of the traditional project, this dissertation sets about from the characteristics of high-tech project, and proposes the analyzing frame in high-tech project.The thesis is divided into four chapters. Chapter One briefly introduced the main content and method of this thesis; Chapter Two introduced the related concept and principle of high-tech evaluation of projects; Chapter Three proposed the evaluation system of high-tech project, this system analyzes in an all-round way to high-tech project from five angles of technology, economy, market, environment organization and the capital believes affairs. Every angle is divided into some parts and described respectively. There are 19 modules altogether. Adopting the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation assessment, it assesses 19 modules in the evaluation system of high-tech project. The end of Chapter Three has conducted the research to the risk of high-tech project, and used the method to carry on the appraisal to the risk from five angles of technology, economy, production, market and environment affairs.Chapter Four has carried on the positive research to one concrete case.
