As the trend of internationalization and economic globalization is becoming more and more obvious,the global competition is becoming increasingly intense,the traditional competition mode,such as capital investment,has been unable to make a unit and an enterprise invincible for a long time.People begin to realize the importance of human capital gradually.If a unit can establish an effective incentive mechanism,it can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees and reduce unnecessary brain drain.The effective incentive mechanism can arouse the enthusiasm of the staff from two aspects of material and spirit,improve the employee’s satisfaction,and maximize the potential of the staff for the collective service.MC trade institutions is a half official and half of the community organization,the setup of institutions and the nature of personnel are rather complicated,composed of institutions and enterprises,staff composition is mainly staffing staff in institutions,institutions and staff members,for public institution personnel,their job stability and career development are not as good as civil servants,but in terms of remuneration,it is not as flexible as enterprises,as a result,it is difficult for the employee to be motivated by material in an institution,therefore,only spiritual incentives can be sought.This article is to explore how to improve employee satisfaction through spiritual incentives for the staff of MC trade institutions and institutions.Through the research methods of literature research,investigation and analysis and data analysis,through the study of relevant literature and work,the firsthand information is mastered by the investigation and study of the employees’ situation and the ideological trends of the MC trade institutions,and the best method of strengthening the spiritual motivation is found through the analysis of the present situation.This paper analyzes the problems of empowerment incentive,promotion incentive,training incentive,honor incentive and other spiritual incentives in MC trade institutions from three aspects of post setting and promotion,training and performance appraisal,and analyses the problems existing in the above three aspects comprehensively and systematically,in view of the present situation of the unit,a detailed solution is put forward to form a set of more perfect spiritual incentive,that is,from the position setting to the performance assessment,the establishment of a complete set of incentive chain,set up a specific post for each person,each post corresponding to a level or grade range,and a detailed promotion channel,and promotion standards;in order to provide better development space for employees,and strengthen the management of training,propose a survey of the needs of training,improve the specific implementation and effect evaluation of training,and strengthen the incentive effect of training;in view of the performance assessment module,it is proposed to establish a normal assessment system,combine the normal assessment with the annual assessment,optimize the setting of the assessment index,reward the KPI assessment system,and strengthen the application of the assessment results.At the same time,it also proposes to strengthen organizational culture construction so as to enhance employee satisfaction.Through the above measures,we should enhance staffs satisfaction with mental motivation as much as possible,so as to improve their work enthusiasm,initiative and creativity.This study provides a theoretical framework for reference for the existing spiritual incentive model of public institutions.The various schemes and methods of Strengthening Spiritual Incentive proposed in this paper have a positive reference significance for human resource management of public institutions.
