The Research On The Method Of Managing The Reverse Logistics For The Medium Or Small-size Enterprise Reversely

With the rapid development of society economy and the continuous consumption of resource, the regeneration of the used product and material is now becoming the key strength for the enterprise to satisfy the need of market, and it causes the enterprise to realize the importance of reverse logistics whose aim is saving the resource and rising the reuse rate of product. But in China, because of the late introducing of the conception of reverse logistics, the research of reverse logistics almost is empty. Under that background, this article has thoroughly researched the method of managing the reverse logistics for the medium or small-size enterprise reversely.Firstly, based on the whole supply chain, this article analyzes the affinity of reverse logistics and forward logistics, researches the system structure of reverse logistics, introduces a method of think reversely logistics reversely, then reconstructs the system structure of reverse logistic, and make which become the forward logistics.Secondly, this article introduces the managing models of forward logistics into reverse logistics system, compares the profit of these models in special situation of reverse logistics system, introduces a"mixed model"suitable for the reverse logistics by assessing the self-support logistics model and the out-sourcing logistics model, and discusses the proportion decision of the two models. Furthermore, in order to adequately use the network of forward logistics, this article constructs several familial network structure of reverse logistics system.
