China has developed rapidly since the practice of reform and open policies in 1978. We have achieved great success of our national construction, such as our cities'construction and development. Someone think that Chinese urbanization is one of greatest vicissitudes. Without advanced urbanization, we cannot solve the problem of countryside, agriculture and peasants only on agricultural development. However, injustice is everywhere in our urbanization. Perhaps most people believe that any social development has its cost. We should allocate the cost equally. In fact, most of the weak, such as peasants, undertake many costs. This phenomenon is opposite to above ideas. Because the urbanization make peasants much poorer than before. The problem of cost during the course of urbanization is the main idea in the thesis. Peasants are treated unfairly of the costs allocation for urbanization. I introduced several evaluation standards of urbanization costs. These standards are far away from justice because of governmental interests. At last, I try to find some measures to maintain social fairness and justices.
