The Research On The Social Sharing Development In The View Of Management Philosophy

Human society certainly needs development,just as human society should respect and demand peace.However,in the light of the reality of the development of human society since modern times,although the promotion of development efficiency has brought about the rapid accumulation of development achievements,at the same time,it may not have been intended,the result of paying too much attention to development efficiency is to obscure the fair value of social development.Worldwide,because of the unequal distribution of development opportunities,rights,institutions,resources and outcomes,the gap in social development between countries and regions is gradually widening;as far as China itself is concerned,although the Party and the central government have been paying great attention to the maintenance of fairness and justice,but due to the influence of history and the constraints of reality,the problem of unfair development is also more prominent in contemporary Chinese society.The widespread injustice of development has made people soberly realize that attention should be paid to development justice as well as development efficiency.As a result,social shared development,which focuses on solving the problem of fairness and justice in social development,has become an important theme of the times.To achieve shared development,we must first understand shared development.The so-called shared development of society,that is,on the basis of recognizing and respecting the principal position of human beings in social development,and on the premise of joint construction.Through the effective management design and system arrangement,to make the social development achievements benefit all the social members equitably,in which the government is the main body of the core responsibility for the advancement of this process.Secondly,from the perspective of ideological origin,although the concept of social shared development originated in the present,but the related ideas throughout the history of human philosophy.From the description of Chinese traditional management philosophy "Great Unity Society",which is the whole world as one community,to theexposition of western political philosophy about justice,contract,utilitarianism,individual rights and the good of the community,etc.Turning to the scientific foresight of Marxist philosophy for communist society,although the sages did not explicitly put forward the concept of "shared development",however,their ideas of profound social shared development has laid a deep ideological foundation for the development of social sharing today.Thirdly,from the point of view of essential connotation,the essential connotation of social shared development in the level of management philosophy is fairness and justice.The transformation of "good governance" of modern government social management makes the development of sharing become the necessary target of modern government social management,and fairness and justice are the necessary care of modern government social management,thus able to make an agreement on the management philosophy layer.As far as the value demands are concerned,the value demands of social shared development in the management philosophy are the compatibility of fairness and efficiency,the balance between freedom and order,and the maximization of the happiness of people's livelihood and social harmony.The compatibility of fairness and efficiency benefits from its common emphasis on development and sharing,the balance between freedom and order is due to its goodness and synergy,and the happiness of people's livelihood and social harmony benefit from its inherent justice intention.Finally,from the perspective of the practical field,the development of social sharing is the consciousness reflection and theoretical response of the Party and the central government to the current social reality in China.And this kind of reflection and response is based on the summing up and transition of the experience of socialist construction in New China.Its formation is based on the summary of the nearly 70 years of social development history of China.Although we have made great achievements in improving people's living standards,due to the various risks caused by human limited rationality,such as the dilemma of collective action,power corruption and the paradox of capital logic,social sharing development has been hindered.As the main body of responsibility,the government needs to take responsibility for resolvingthe dilemma.In order to achieve the goal of social sharing in the new historical era,the government needs to change government ideas,reposition the identity of the co-assistant,update social governance techniques and carry out relevant system construction.
