In later ten years, there are lager changes in society and economical environment. Corporations reform themselves in the compete environment. Facing to the unprecedented stress, heavier works; longer job time; giving attention both to business and family; giving a raise never catch up with inflation, all of them need adjusting by employee themselves. The problems such as employee's frequency flow, high absence and job hopping, the conflict among leaders, managers and employee, dehumanized cost control, organization atmosphere's intensity and oppress make low efficiency of organization and cut the life of them. The grievous corporation anxiety symptom make Chinese corporation need to fetch in psychologic service to give psychology support and account for employee and corporation anxiety.The situation of China is especially, such as a lager population amount, the offering of labor more than the need, so the price of labor is lower, the amount of people who can be competent for psychologic service is low , psychologic health institutional is imperfect, education lever drop behind and the predacity use of labor in low lever management corporation, all of these reasons make corporation psychologic service must though special methods that blocking conformity to get in the corporation.
