Two rounds of Land Utilization Overall Plan have been held by the government since 1987, which formed the overall plan system that covers the territory, made up of 5 layers of the nation, states( autonomous region, municipality directly under the Central Government), cities(districts), towns(regions) and villages(countries).The land requirement capacity calculation is at the core of the land utilization overall plan. In terms of the objective process of each department's land use plans, considering different possibilities and specializations of each department's land use, the land requirement capacity forecast makes the advanced evaluation of the land use state in a certain number of years by modern technological methods. It also supplies the basis of coordinating the land use contradiction among departments and adjusting the structure and the arrangement.Pengzhou city is located at the northwest edge of Chengdu city, and 36km far from Chengdu. It's involved in the Chengdu Plant Economy Circle and on the main axis which develops initiatively and emphatically in Sichuan province.
