After entering the WTO, control of the domestic refined oil market gradually loosens. Meanwhile, uncertainty in the domestic refined oil market arises. The China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation Fujian Oil Products Company is the most important and the biggest oil dealer in Fujian refined oil market. The choice of its development strategies is the center problem which the Fujian Oil Products Company needs to solve.This thesis has analyzed the inside and outside environment of Fujian Oil Products Company and has produced the preliminary reply.This thesis comprises of seven parts.The first part'Present Refined Oil Market Situation and the Pledge before Entering WTO', emphatically introduces the basic situation of the supply and demand of domestic refined oil market, as well as the competitors in domestic refined oil market and government present main supervising policy. It also introduces the pledge of Chinese government while entering the WTO.The second part'Overseas Refined Oil Market Control-relieving Process and its Influence', reviews the process of relieving the control on refined oil market in developed countries , introduces the policy goals of these countries in the relieving control process. The general rule is that various countries protect their national petroleum industry without violating the WTO principle.The third part'Competition Environment Analysis on Domestic Refined Oil Market', analyzes domestic refined oil market after relieving the control and points out choices of government policy.
