At present, developing the green food, paying attention to the quality and safety of agricultural products and food is becoming an international trend. Progress of science and technology greatly promotes the development of agriculture, but the agricultural scientific and technical outcome brings about many problems while it also brings harvest: The chemical fertilizer in the farmland is getting more and more; a variety of insecticide is overflowing; the living beings grow and regulate the pharmaceutical but adopted one after another too. As a result, while the production is promoted, the way of operation is far away from nature, the environment is contaminated, the soil property becomes worse, the ecology is out-of-balance, and the quality of food descends. All these problems follow too. In particular, the animal's diseases such as Mad cow disease appear again and again, it not only menaces the health of the human beings seriously, but also gets the people to concern the food security question. All sorts of lessons showing, it is not enough if agricultural production concerns the production efficiency and economic benefits only, it must take influence of agricultural production to resource, environment and consumer's safety into consideration. The way of agricultural production has already influenced the value of food, and has become to influence the trade of international agricultural products. In a situation that the countries all over the world pay attention to the development of sustainable agriculture and food security day by day, Such agricultural production of the substitutability as the global organic agriculture, natural agriculture, ecological agriculture, agriculture of low input of outside, etc. are developed rapidly, and the market share is expanded obviously progressively.As the best way to solve the quality problem of modern agricultural products effectively, the green food has already caused extensive attention. At present, the cultivated area of the green (organic) food increases progressively with 10%-20% of the development speed every year; the volume of trade of the green (organic) food increases progressively at the speed of 25%-30% every year in the developed countries, and the market has already had certain scale. At the same time, the developmental trend of the international agricultural products and consumer market has offered wide development space for the green food of our country. The development of green food of our country started in 1990. During the last ten years, the green food of our country has been expanded and developed rapidly no matter in the quantity of indicating or in the output and output value, and the green food industry takes shape and perfects day by day too.
