Research On Medium And Small Sized Companies' Strategy Performance Management System

With the fast development of information technology and globalized economy, the environment is getting complicated, and the compitetion is getting furious. In this instance, more and more enterprises have taken cognizance of performance management's importance in strategy management and human resource management. It's useful for conforming human resource, improve performance and obtain competitive advantage. But in practice, there are many problems in performance management, for example, strategy and performance management are out of joint, performance management is formally, and cannot use in decision-making and so on.This article is written on how to resolve the out of joint of strategy and performance management. In this article JY company is an example, I use induction, statistical and demonstration study, and in virtue of performance prism, BSC, KPI and so on. I have designed a model of strategy performance management system. It includes four parts: performance target system, performance management process, performance management regulations and obligation system, performance target system is core; performance management process is pivotal; performance management regulations is standard; obligation system is guarantee. And based on this model, I designed KPI and performance management model.During the study I have gained some conclusions:I design the JY's performance index system, the strategy is decompounded to department, post, and form the KPI system.I design the JY's performance index system, the strategy is decompounded to department, post and individual, evaluating individual performance.A general performance management system is designed.It's concluded that strategy performance management system promote the integration of performance and strategy management, and provide a thought and method.
