The Study Of Key Problems About The Development Of YangPu District Modern Service Industry

During the period of the tenth five-year project, ShangHai municipal party committee and municipal government have made the important decision of developing YangPu knowledge innovation zone. YangPu district party committee and district government have put forward the conception of three sorts of zones melting and developing jointly, including big institutions zone, science and technology zone and public community zone. As a collective place of centenary university, centenary city planning and centenary industry, YangPu is greeting a critical historical opportunity of a new round of development. Over the past five years, the gross domestic product(GDP) of the whole district was increased 12.5% averagely per year. Comprehensive economic strength has been remarkably enhanced.In order to make the magnificent goals of economy and society development of the eleventh five-year project come true, construct the knowledge-intensive YangPu which is based on ShangHai, serve the nation and orient the world, we must take a new road to industrialization. If, so to speak, traditional industry needs traditional service industry, then new industrialization much more needs modern service industry. The strategy of developing modern service industry must be set up to convert from industrialized YangPu into knowledge-based YangPu. But in view of whether total amout or structure, there are still some problems in the service industry in YangPu and there are still a long distance to achieve the goal of constructing knowledge-based YangPu. The burden is heavy and the road is long. And because there is lack of research in the current docement about the development of YangPu district modern service industry, it makes significant sense to fast and healthy development of YangPu district modern service industry to understand the current development state of YangPu district service industry, clear up the development thoughtway, set down development strategy, confirm development task, probe into system innovation etc.Therefore, the key problems about the development of YangPu modern service industry is systematically studied in this paper.The achievements of this study are as follows:Through analysing and demonstrating the industrializing development stage and service industry development stage of YangPu district, we make the conclusion in this paper that YangPu district is in the middle stage of industrialization and its service industry is in the transition from traditional service industry into modern service industry.The current state of YangPu district service industry is deeply analyzed based on the sufficient investigation and research of YangPu district situation. It is affirmed that the breakthrough has been brought in YangPu service industry, meanwhile the defect existed is analyzed.The strategetic reconstruction of YangPu modern service industry development is described in this paper. The guided thoughts and principles of YangPu modern service development is put forward.The main task of YangPu district modern service industry development during the next five years. In addition, several advices are made about the accessories construction of YangPu district modern service trade.YangPu modern service industry development system innovation is discussed around government locating innovation, policy and rule innovation, development pattern innovation and administration innovation.
