Knowledge Sharing And Performance Study Of The Relationship Of The Modern Service Industry Cluster Innovation Network

With the rapid development of information technology and the process of economic globalization, professional service industry charactered as high-tech, knowledge-intensive, and high-value-added is growing rapidly. Innovation has become an eternal topic of enterprise development. At the same time,networking and clustering have become the main trend of the development of professional services firms. Reasearchs show that enterprises can get complementary resources via network and promote the growth of enterprises effectively.At the basement of the theories coorelated,this paper focus on the characteristics of innovation networks,and the mechanism of innovation network promoting the corporate performance in the background of china.In this study,I choose knowledge flows and financial support as the two core resources in the study as machnism of innovation networks,bacause knowledge and funds play an important role in the process of the innovation. This paper define the characteristic of innovation network and then exlain knowledge-sharing and financing efficiancy as an intermediary role between the relationship of the networks characteristics and the firm performance.Innovation networks have an great impact on corperate innovation and growth by its influnce on the direction ,quality and efficiency of capital flows and knowledge flows. Because knowledge is tacit, network capability will affect enterprise knowledge-sharing.In anoteher words,the effect of innovation-network feature on knowledge-sharing is imediated by network capability.The research objects of this study is IT, business services and financial services business firms in Zhejiang province. With interview and survey method, the research construction and the related assumptions have been tested.At the same time,I get some meaningful conclusions.For example, dynamic, reciprocal ,embeddedness are the important characteristic of innovation network.Knowledge transfer and the financing efficiency have notable effect on enterprise innovation. Characteristics of innovation network promote the succuss of enterprises. But it is iterupted by the knowledge sharing and financing efficiancy.Neteork capability also influence the knowledgr aquistion from network-partner.In a words,funds and knowledge plays an important role in promoting the growth and innovation of coperations. In addition, I study the impact of industry, size and entrepreneurial stage on characteristics of innovation networks. The result shows that the financial and insurance industries has relatively higher socre than IT industry in dynamics.But IT industry is with stronger and closer relationship. At the beginning and transition stage entrepreneurship network is usually with high dynamic.And the last, scaledoes not has an impact on innovation networks.
