Study Of China's Modern Service Industry Development Of Knowledge Management Strategy

Under the background of knowledge economy, the modern service industryhas developed fast and become the engine of the economic growth rapidly, itis one of the most powerful measures of carrying on knowledge management tothe modern service industry to speed up the industrial development and enhancethe industrial competitive ability. This article establishes at the theoryof modern service industry, the knowledge management as well as the strategicdecision, through anglicizing the developing course and the present situationof modern service industry's knowledge management in and out of the country,it proposes that the knowledge management of modern service industry in ourcountry is still in the initial stage, there are lots of problems such as theconcept errors of knowledge management existing and it also researches thereasons. In this foundation, as an effective policy-making tool facing to thecomplex changeable environment of future, the scenario planning is introducedto the article. Through the scene planning to knowledge management developmentof modern service industry in our country, it proposes several key points suchas changing the economic policy, making good environment advantageous to theknowledge management; meanwhile, it selects three typical modern serviceindustries: the higher education, the telecommunication as well as the finance,analyses emphatically and provides some suggestions to make the knowledgemanagement of the industrials develop healthily.
