The huge development prospect of Internet advertising market indicates a huge market opportunity. But the companies in this section are facing a huge threat because of the increasingly fierce market competition. Through the use of innovative strategic thinking and the research of internal and external environment of enterprises, the strategy for the development of Fenchuang Company is formulated. And then, a series of implement strategies are formulated to guide the operation of the company. Strategic thinking and strategic approach way of this thesis will help the strategic approaches of small companies. Its innovative model of network marketing will help the rapid and healthy development of China's Internet advertising industry.First of all, the theoretical development of the strategic management is reviewed. The strategic thinking is exposed and compared. And the current representative schools of strategic management and their features are exposed. Strategic thinking and strategic management idea will guide enterprises to approach their selves'strategies.Secondly, through the use of effective strategic management analysis methods, such as PEST, five strength Model and SWOT analysis, the macro environment for enterprise, industry and the competitive environment and the advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. These factors contribute to formulate their own development strategies.Thirdly, through the selection of several programs, differentiating competition strategy is chose as the development strategy of Fenchuang Company. After analyzing the advantages and disadvantages and assumptions of Internet advertising, Lots strategy is introduced into network marketing to find a new network marketing model from the border breakthrough, industry breakthrough and values innovation. On the basis of these analyses, the article comes up with interactive design network marketing model. And then the company will obtain competitive advantage.Finally, the target market of Fenchuang Company is found. The implementation programs, such as interactive design technology programs, marketing strategy and financial strategies, are developed to guid the operation of the company.
