Stady On Land Use Evaluation In Urban Area And Analyzing Its Potential

The urban land reflects the connotation of the city's activity, and the spatial layout of the several elements which constitute the city (including the material facilities, economic activity, public organization, social group, etc.) is directly projected on the realistic utilization of urban land. The utilization potential of urban land in this paper is a dynamic conception, which reflects that the change and progress of various economic and social activities and the environmental harmony are carried out on the land with the development of the economy and society. The connotation of the utilization potential of urban land is the sustainable management and utilization of land, and also is the land utilization type according with "Scientific Development View". Recently our nation brings forward the great development strategy "utilizing land with science and technology". During the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" period, we will increase the new input in the relating theory about the land resource management and scientific and technological innovation, and encourage facing with the new opportunity and challenge in the utilization of urban land with the harmonious development view. How would NanJing adapt the change of the conception? It is important to deal with the relationship between economic construction and cultivated land protection, improve the utilization potential of urban land and promote the economic development continuously, steadily and harmoniously.This paper starts with the analysis of the urban land use condition in Nanjing, and then builds up the evaluation system reflecting regional characteristics on the basis of the Influence Analysis of land use change by the development of society and economy in past years in NanJing. Furthermore, the utilization potential of urban land in 2010 is forecasted scientifically depending on the system and the policy suggestions about the guarantee for urban land resource sustainable utilization is brought forward.There is the theory analysis part in the first and second chapter of the thesis: the first chapter is the introduction, it discusses the background and important significance of researching land resource and city land resource, and it also expounds the main research method and research thought of this dissertation. The second chapter is the introduction of the theory which the dissertation relates to, and it is also the summary of the concept which the dissertation relates to. It also summarizes the researching process of land evaluation all over the world.The third chapter is the epitome of land using status of Nanjing City. First of all, it is the analysis of land resource using status of Nanjing City, includes the square of land, the makeup of land using, the abundant degree of land resource and so on.
